Iran’s Ambassador Hails “New Era” in Ties with Pakistan on Independence Day

On Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Pakistan, H.E. Reza Amiri Moghadam, extended heartfelt congratulations, calling it a “historic turning point” in Iran-Pakistan relations. He praised Pakistan’s resilience and reaffirmed Iran’s commitment to deeper cooperation and lasting friendship.

In an official message marking the auspicious occasion, Ambassador Moghadam conveyed sincere greetings on behalf of himself, the Government of Iran, and the Iranian people. He emphasized the enduring bonds of friendship, mutual respect, and cooperation that continue to shape the relationship between Tehran and Islamabad.

“On August 14th, as the great nation of Pakistan celebrates this momentous day, I warmly pay tribute to its remarkable achievements and unwavering unity,” said Moghadam.
